Cafe Management Trainee

We are the first halal handcrafted Thai tea crepe cake, and crepe cake specialist in Singapore We are looking for you if you have a passion in culinary, serving others and would someday want to lead and be in charge of a cafe outlet. Job responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming customers

- Able to perform Latte Art/ coffee knowledge is a must/ R&D New drinks

- Promoting and recommending products/beverages options to customers

- Maintaining inventory

- Ensuring store opening and closing according to SOPs

- Basic cashier duties

- Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service

- Adhere to SOPs on all drinks to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards

- Back-of-house duties

Once you have mastered the above, we will train you in the following managerial duties and your salary will increase accordingly: Inventory management & procurement, Cost control, Manpower management, Sales optimisation

Requirements

1) Must be able to commit long term (at least 1 year or more)

2) Must have initiative and willingness to learn

3) Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good multi-tasking ability

4) Experience in barista and f&b

Benefits

1) 6 days work week (44 hours per week)

2) 1 day off per week (at least one weekend off per week)

3) Starting basic pay of $2000-$2500 per month. Salary will increase with added responsibilities as you progress with the managerial duties.
