IT & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Beautesoft Deployment & Support

Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to configure, pilot and launch Beautesoft.

Act as the primary contact for system-related questions—spot configuration gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.

Manage user permissions and post-launch adjustments, ensuring content teams have the right access to publishing modules.

2. Automated Content Delivery

Set up and oversee auto-publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer), making sure visuals and copy hit our feeds on schedule.

Diagnose and fix any publishing hiccups—upload failures, misplaced links or format glitches—so every post looks polished.

3. Media Asset Coordination & Version Control

Work closely with designers and marketers to import fresh images, Reels, carousel decks and short clips into your scheduling toolkit.

Maintain a single source of truth for templates and brand assets—track revisions and enforce up-to-date styling across all channels.

4. Social Media Content Creation

Conceptualize and draft engaging copy and captions tailored to each platform’s tone and audience.

Create basic image layouts and short video storyboards to support campaign themes.

Ensure all posts reflect company’s brand : professional and customer-centric.
