Clementi Mall has launched its "Under $20 Travels" campaign, inviting diners to explore international cuisines without leaving the mall. The promotion highlights dishes from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Italy, all priced under $20. The campaign is centered around the B1 food level, where several eateries offer affordable meals inspired by regional flavors.
THE JIN Kimchi
THE JIN Kimchi, located at #B1-K4/K5, serves a Korean-inspired kimchi rice bowl. The dish features steamed white rice topped with a fried egg drizzled with gochujang-based sauce, grilled beef slices in dark marinade, fresh lettuce, fermented kimchi, seasoned seaweed salad with sesame seeds, and thinly sliced cucumber strips. A South Korean flag icon accompanies the restaurant's branding, reflecting its Korean culinary focus.
Sushi Express
Sushi Express at #B1-08/09 showcases its seared salmon sushi, presented on a black ceramic plate with gold geometric patterns. The sushi features a white rice base topped with seared salmon, glazed to a golden-brown finish, garnished with finely chopped scallions and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The restaurant represents the Japanese cuisine segment of the campaign.
Taimei
Taimei, situated at #B1-K3, offers its signature Super Crispy Chicken. The Taiwanese fried chicken brand, known by its Chinese name meaning "I Love Taiwanese Flavor", has been established since 1909.
