Cashier pulled the bread tray towards herself before I even placed it down fully. I was the only customer there and was in abit of shock. Not the first time experiencing poor customer service here, but to have this happen really sucks.

I bought bread and milk tea to take away, and the milk tea cover they did not cover tightly, and when I got to school, the milk tea was all spilled and my bread was all soaked. I asked the waitress why they didn't have croissants today， she don't reply me

The bakery is located near to the side entrance of The Clementi Mall, and is just beside Toast Box.
The store is quite a big one, offering the standard BreadTalk offerings, like the floss bun, curry naan, amongst many others.

First time try out the sio pan, taste okay, but compared to sio pan from Buttertown its a far cry and it cost much more and even demand customer to pay 10 cent for just a carrier plastic bag to put the buns.... So I have to use the Free carrier plastic bag given by Four Leaves to prevent the buns from being crashed in my bag.

Otak-otak was sooooo spicy 🌶 🥵
Curry crab and the sponge cake with dried meat floss onside were tasty, the crab one was even better after heating, same for the thna bread. The smell of crab and tuna just bursted and penetrated into your nostrils.

Lousy Service and Bad Attitude
Visited BreadTalk Clementi at 9 AM on 27th January 2025, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff displayed a poor attitude, seeming uninterested and unhelpful. Service was slow and inattentive, which is unacceptable at a well-known brand like BreadTalk. Staff Jia Xin was rude and unpleasant. This experience has left a bad impression, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service standards.

Breadtalk here has been renovated and I love their shio pans! It is like the one at buttertown or swee heng new shop. The cakes are always delicious and I recommend the momoji. The only thing I don't like is how they change the momoji to be covered in floss and the amount of mochi decreased

If you've heard of the famous toast and eggs breakfast that Singaporeans love, this outlet has the best multi-grain bread . And service is best as they pay attention to those who are old and handicapped
They renovated the place and it's Airconditioned and of course cooler.
Don’t know why Toast box is registered under Bread talk in Clementi mall while other Toast Box outlets are separate entities

Staff at the counter was pretty rude when she didn’t understand the situation when the person in front me had queued wrongly and I followed behind. Which had to raise her voice and told me to queue on the other side behind the next customer when I was there before . I believe she could first allow me to explain before just directing like that with the upset look on her face
