Purchased a set of Sony ear piece on 21 Dec and couldn't pair them to my phone wirelessly. After trying numerous times at home and testing at Clementi Challenger and confirmed defective, was asked to bring the set to Sony service centre at Somerset as warranty by challenger is only valid for 7 days (I only opened the box on 30 Dec). Fortunately, met another staff, Jason, on the way out and he called up management to help with the exchange. Thanks for his help and providing that human touch instead of just implementing rigid company policy.
