Did a father and son (toddler) cut and the team did a fantastic job. Nages and Azizi were professional and patient. Attention to detail was great, cut was clean and fresh. Thank you both! We will be back!

I came into the barber with a middle part, and even told the barber I would like a hairstyle that revolves around the middle parting. Even after being told that, I had my hair shaved down to number 1 on the sides, and had my top shaved to the point it changed my middle part to be the exact opposite. My hair went from having hair at the sides to only hair at the front. Waste of time, do not recommend coming here

Quick cut price ($15) at Salon waiting timing. Cannot believe u need to wait so long for a hair cut when its just the third customer in waiting. The first one already half way (waited 30min) when I arrive. The sec customer likely more than 30min. So estimated >1hr ++ Can understand if it is a man power issue but in my case watching the barber slowly trim the same spot >5 times, slowly chit chatting....really painful to watch and wait. Cannot refund too. Will not patronise shop with unfair system. To be fair, if you have a lot of time on hand, it should be okay and won't feel as frustrated as I am.

Extremely happy with the service here.
Got a skin fade for $25 but left the outlet beyond satisfied because the barber, Nages was very friendly.
Surprising that a mall outlet at this price would have such excellent service.

asked for abit short on the top, End up barber cut super short. im getting married next month and this type of hair is too short for my liking, poor service would not recommend.

Azizi is good at cutting hair and is gentle and quick compared to other barbers from other shops. He knows what I want despite my bad instructions. Highly recommend, not pricey.

This is good if you don't mind waiting an hour or so, want a budget haute couture salon experience, for a long leisurely cut from your favourite stylist, no doubt paying meticulous attention to detail. Because it is NOT a quick cut barber. One person ahead of me when I arrived. I waited an hour for my turn. Averaging 30 min per men's short hair cut without wash blow etc. Very interesting that the booking screen spells out it is non refundable and if one cannot wait, one may sell the ticket to other customers. I had plenty of time wandering the empty shop reading every poster and notice. My fault. They warn of 1-2 hour wait. I arrived during a surge with one other person already waiting. Wandering around during my wait, I discovered there was an established quick cut barber on L3. I guess I will go there next time
