I took a face lifting treatment at Donna Beauty Clementi Branch. As a first time customer to Donna I was very satisfied by their service. My therapist Lynn and also the assistance given by Winnie deserves a special mention. They helped me sort of the suitable treatment carefully. The treatment itself was very soothing and relaxing and the professional conduct by Lynn and Winnie were commendable. I am surely planning to visit again for further treatement.

I actually had really bad experience with one of the senior (age) beautician, whom kept criticising my dry skin every time she does my facial. I know my skin condition and is really rude of her to keep criticising a customer’s skin condition just bcuz she wants to upsell me with a more expensive package. I’ve had the worst experience with her in my entire facial ‘life’! I had decided to stop gg to Donna after my last facial with them and had always ask for other beautician after my really bad experience with her twice! Just when I’ve decided to drop this place, thanks to Stella. I met Stella on my last 2 times with Donna, she’s very friendly and sincere, not pushy, experience and I always feel very good under her hands. I decided to purchase my package and stayed with Donna, provided Stella is around. Thkq Stella, good job done!

I recently tried the double hydrating facial at Donna beauty (Clementi outlet) and it was amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the person who worked on my facial was super professional. They really knew how to handle the equipment and used such relaxing massage techniques. I felt so refreshed afterward! My skin looked and felt great, and the whole experience was so soothing. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great facial experience!

Went to Donna Beauty - Clementi outlet to try their Intense Hydration Boost Facial recently. The session went well and I felt that my skin isn’t as dry as it used to be after my facial too. The therapist was really nice and helpful in explaining each step to me during the treatment!

5 stars for Judy. 0 star for Winnie. Booked a trial session for aquapeel treatment. After filling the form, Judy noticed that I have sensitive skin and recommended another treatment at the same trial price. The trial treatment came with: - Wash with cleanser twice - Facial scrub - Extraction - Clay mask - Toner - Moisturizer - Sunscreen - Facial massage Judy was gentle during the trial treatment and kept checking if the extraction was painful. She also answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Overall very satisfied with her service. After the treatment, I was brought to a room where Winnie started recommending me different types of package without going through much details of their products and services. Tried very hard to ask me sign up their packages and even to the extent of putting down their competitors. Said ridiculous things like "you outside eat one meal also more than $68.8". "If I were you, I will sign up for this package immediately without considering". "We are making a loss when we offer you this discounted package" Her tone and facial expression changed when I was firm that i want to consider before purchasing the package. I expected some sort of hard selling and was hopeful when I saw some reviews that there were no hard selling but Winnie proved me completely wrong.

My beautician for facial (Stella) has provided very personable and excellent customer service for every facial appointment. She is very attentive to my needs and make efforts to share promotions where available. Kudos to her excellent service. Thanks very much.

Congratulations to me, the “lucky” winner of a complimentary facial courtesy of a local radio station (thanks for nothing, anonymous FM). I waltzed into Donna Beauty expecting zen vibes and maybe a polite “Congratulations!” Instead, I was greeted by Winnie, a one‑woman upsell tornado who apparently moonlights as an amateur dermatologist specializing in the devastating science of You‑Have‑the‑Oiliest‑Skin‑Ever™. Within seconds she delivered her opening masterpiece: “Wow, your face is so oily. The normal treatment just won’t cut it—let me show you a special (read: pricey) package!” I politely declined, which evidently translated into “Please keep trying.” Winnie then invoked her colleague Cindy (“If you can’t afford it now, maybe tell Cindy later?”) as though slipping another name into the pitch would magically unlock my wallet. Spoiler: it didn’t. Fast‑forward to me lying on the treatment bed, eyes closed, trying to relax. Enter Round Two: the fabled Grandmother Story. Cindy regaled me—unprompted—about another customer who did half‑a‑face magic treatment yesterday and walked out looking like a split‑screen skincare commercial. I’m thrilled for that mystery model, but I came for a facial, not a bedtime story scored by credit‑card violins. At this point I firmly—again—said “No upgrades, please.” Cue the dramatic mood shift: “Oh, I completely respect your decision!” Sure, after the third refusal and a minor volcanic eruption of my patience. Which part of no was written in invisible ink the first two times? Quality‑control highlight: the actual facial felt like it was slapped together in fast‑forward—because nothing says “customer care” like giving up once the upsell fails. Any lingering doubts were rubbed away (pun intended) when, after wiping off the last trace of product, Cindy still managed one final package pitch at checkout. Persistence? Olympic‑level. Tact? Somewhere under the treatment bed. Final verdict: If you’re itching to test your endurance for saying “no” on loop, Donna Beauty is essentially a boot camp. Expect relentless upselling, backhanded skincare commentary, and a facial so forgettable you’ll remember it only for the sales script. And to the owner typing up a copy‑and‑paste “Please email us so we can ‘better understand’ your experience” response—save your energy. You have my details; feel free to reach out. I’ll be busy blotting my allegedly oil‑slick face and practicing my next record‑breaking refusal.

The upside is they offered to convert from a very expensive package (although my remaining package left 3x/hr) to a cheaper package, but i didnt feel much for the body massage after changed of package. The downside is they do hard sell a lot, recommending new thing for facial as my main focus is to do body massage. The outlet manager will also be present and claim she’s giving the best prices as the free gift is worth for the facial price and you can never get it outside.

Have been to this branch for facial since it's opening. The service here is great and have good promotions from time to time. Winnie and Jenny have helped me to suit the packages that suits my skin condition. Thanks.

the service at Donna Beauty was really good, they were extremely meticulous and also taught me a lot about my skin during that session! there was no hard selling and the extractions were surprisingly manageable for me :) i also left the salon with a much sharper jawline from the lifting facial. would totally recommend those who want to pamper themselves
