I bought this sauce via their online app and it tasted different. They deleted my review! It's also not the first time ntuc doesn't process refunds for rotten and broken fresh food. It's ridiculous they want you to bring back the defected items to the same branch you get them from. Sheng Siong doesn't require you to bring any spoilt or rotten fresh food back to process refunds once you submit photos and receipt and that makes more sense! I think ntuc is deliberately making it inconvenient and out of the way so that they can cheat customers.

Lighting is dim making it hard to find things.
Some areas with storage shelfs from floor to ceiling making into maze.
Once in the maze, you don't know where you are, where are cashiers, where are fire exists! There is totally lack of signage!
Auto check poorly designed without clear indication which station is available, customers must pay 100% attention at station where customers finished checkout.
Now the air conditioning is not working effectively in the store. The whole store is so hot and stuffy. Now they added extra air blower but the effect is not the same as the aircond system! They will have to come out with a permanent fix if they want to continue operating!
Certainly not a supermarket you want to be in. Why fair price management is not doing anything to give customers a decent shopping experience?

yesterday's brought from Clement Mail NTUC Fairprice Finest, this kind of standard, how to take it home by bus. Is not the first time.

Bought a packet of US blueberries, it was expensive at $15+ and I was wondering why wasn't the packet sealed. I went quite early this morning and the salesperson was packing the fruits and she also accidentally dropped the fruits on the floor. Aren't the fruits delivered packaged and sealed? It was from Sweet Selections, direct from the US. If it's not sealed, some shoppers can easily remove them and I've seen it for others.
I only noticed it upon reaching home.

Finest FairPrice at Clementi Mall is a well-stocked supermarket offering a wide range of products, including fresh produce, groceries, household items, and imported goods. The store is known for its clean layout and organized aisles, making it easy to find items. The fresh produce section is well-maintained, with a good variety of fruits, vegetables, and meats. Additionally, there are sections for organic products, specialty foods, and a bakery for freshly baked goods. Prices are reasonable, with regular promotions and discounts available. The location is convenient for shoppers, especially for those living in the Clementi area.

Feels bigger and more spacious after the renovation. Darker theme to fit with the Finest concept. But the previous layout was easier and more familiar to locate stuff.

It has been a long time since the renovation I haven't stepped into here. The place looks great and the variety of items has increased.

Huge selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, poultry & seafood. But always ran out by late afternoon. Always crowded. After renovation, became more spacious and looked more up market. Even added roasted meat section.

As Clementi Mall is small in scale and space, compared to bigger malls like IMM and Jurong Point. This Fairprice Finest is also a smaller set up, relative to the one at Bukit Timah Plaza.
Dont bother to come here for bananas of Malaysia origin. Almost never carried here. Ask any decent banana lover, his/her vote will most likely go to a pisang raja or rastali! Not the cavendish, for goodness sake!
Thai Mango sticky rice is offered for sale when mangoes are in season. Buyers beware! It is not the same as what you get in Thailand! 1 key ingredient is missing! Salted baked mung beans!!!!
Like the Jordon brand of lean pork cuts available here. Minced pork, pork fillet and loin (i think). Consumers dont have to take bulan or normal aussie variety (the former is so typically fattier). But, Jordon range may not be available in the early hours, as deliveries come later in the morning.
The store is undergoing renovations in phases currently (14 Apr 23). Hope that the renovations have been well planned and will benefit all shoppers when it is completed.
Quick update based on a visit on 6 Jul 2023:
Wow! Kudos to the team who designed the new layout, introduced new ready to eat range of food as well as uncooked Yong Tau Foo (vegetable/beancurd with minced fish stuffing) for those wishing to whip up a no-frills soup for a quick meal.
Much neater in arrangement, and it's obvious that they understand the needs of the residents here, their profile, family structure and food preferences.

Well organised and spacious grocery store, with good quality products for reasonable price. It spans over two levels of different types of products with big headings to navigate around easily. Nice atmosphere to spend time walking around and shopping. The staff there were kind and friendly, very helpful in finding what we needed. I got some groceries and also tried out their sushi selection. It was pretty fresh and very convenient to eat from - a mix of salmon sashimi, salmon sushi, and cold soba noodles with dipping sauce.

I like shopping at this place and been shopping here since 2011.
Besides those doing service at the pork and seafood station, all are good as always. I understand that staffs need to be respected but I think the staffs here forgot that customers also need to be respected. Sometimes Im standing at the pork station, but antie most of the time ignore me. Sometimes pretend dont see me. I also feel so bad, I think if old already and unhappy, better retire. Since last year, I start purchasing those pre cut pork because I dont want to disturb the antie.
Also, the fish station staff, the young lady, I feel you cannot just shout or scold your customer the same may you deserve our respect.
Despite that, this shop deserves 5 star.

Good place to shop for provisions and groceries. The produce here is reasonably fresh and price wise, which is the same as typical NTUC branches.
They have slightly larger offerings at the upper tier of the spectrum (think premium offers from Japan and Korea).

Located at the basement, easy access to the taxi drop-off point.
Next to assorted eateries/ pharmacies.
Good variety of fresh & dried food stuffs; toiletries, etc.

So happy to have a fairpricr finest at clementi mall. It has all the groceries and food stuff needed for daily life. The variety of meat and veggies are very great, also got a lot of fruits. Only thing i am unhappy about is they dont provide the cheap smart choice bread jumbo pack, and the cheapeast fairpricr white bread is always short of supply. Expect a long queue at peak hours (5-7pm), but there are quite a few auto checkout machines do the waiting time is acceptable
