terrible service and very rude staff. asked to take a photo of the exchange rates, instead of respectfully declining and saying that is for security reasons, staff instead points at a sign and refuses to elaborate. when asked to elaborate, the staff said “call the MAS” in a very aggressive tone, and instead of explaining why the exchange does not allow for photography, he simply continue to repeat “call the MAS” would not go back to the currency exchange again, really unwelcoming experience from the rude staff

Fairly good experience. The staff seem professional, and had clearly posted exchange rates which they followed, as well as provided receipts for. The rate for EUR and USD was good (only about 1.5% commission). The rate for INR wasn't great but that may be the case at other money-changers too (about 5.5% commission).
