absolutely terrible. they were giving me attitude the moment i stood at the counter. i went to check if my photo was done and the lady just rolled her eyes at me and didn’t bother telling me if it was done.

Customer service is not bad but prints turn out really bad. The colourisation is off, and the photos appear a few shades darker than what it should be. All my photos looks very very dark. And it’s sad because I paid so much for it. They charge $0.60 per 3R/4R photo.

Avoid at all means. Super terrible! Don't know what is required for embassy and passport standard. Only know how to say "Depends". In this digital world, we can take photos ourselves, but choose to pay you to do it's because we need your expertise. Worst, it's $24 for 1 soft + 4 hard! Day light robbery. UPDATE : Photos were rejected by China Embassy within same day. Does not comply to size required.
