Small shop with 2 service crews. Service crews just too busy with customers and no one cover the cashier during peak period.

how can it be in the same outlet didn’t have any communication? after work i rushed down to collect a tee.. but when i reached there all i get is why not you come tomorrow? this is totally insane how can it be possible that the other shift doesn’t even know what’s going on? i told her i think is a blue tee.. she still can reply oh.. blue hah? come on all receipts will have color code… the best part is i asked if the delivery wasn’t today, why your colleague said is today? i asked normally what time is the delivery? sometimes morning or afternoon… for god’s sake is this the right way? why can’t they simply makes people life easier by saying i will give you a call once the tee is here rather than saying can collect either today or tomorrow??!! horrible experience…

Great service from Estien Chau at this outlet. Will visit the outlet at Clementi Mall next time when I need to shop for apparels.
