Don't call your staff stylist when your company policy is so crappy. Is it not my first time cutting at kcut and I am well aware that it's a 10 mins speed cut. This is the first time I was rejected by your staff who confronted me with all the bombastic terms when all I wanted was actually to trim and thin my hair. He told me to not go to any kcut outlet anymore. He totally banned me from kcut. Very good customer service indeed.

Hairstylist jasmine li seems to have a lot of comments about hairstyle, requested for undercut commented this is undercut? So now I want undercut cannot? Keep saying it gonna be weird not nice but sorry just keep ur comment to yourself ugly or not it not up to her to bear also, I paid for the haircut just follow simple instruction and adhere to it keep your comments to yourself.

Yesterday, I went to get a haircut with my partner at Kcuts in Clementi Mall, where I’m a regular customer.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience for the first time. After the haircut, I developed multiple bumps with pus on both my face and scalp. I noticed the hairstylist dropped the hair clipper head twice but continued to use it on me without sanitizing it. She also dropped a powder brush and still used it on my face and head. I was shocked but didn’t speak up immediately, as I didn’t want to cause any trouble, especially since I’ve been going there monthly—even though I’m not always satisfied with the service.
I started feeling itchy on my face and scalp right after, so I rushed home to wash thoroughly. That’s when I noticed the bumps forming. It was very disappointing, and I believe this was my first time getting a haircut from this particular stylist.
I usually wash my hair before going out of consideration for the hairstylists, as I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable touching unclean hair.
I’m sharing this feedback to highlight the importance of strict hygiene practices, especially in hair salons.
My queue number was 96931, and after this incident, I’m hesitant to return. It was truly a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Not child-friendly at all. The female hairdresser decline to cut my 3 yo child's hair if he is unable to sit down on his own. No offer of any elevated cushion to sit on, nothing. I've had better service at other outlets.
