The staff change regularly and can slightly differ in service. Typically, they are alright. Food wise, I feel that KFC tend to be "stingy" with their topping. For example the loaded fries do not seem to be generously layered with hot sauce. This outlet can be flooded with students in the afternoon.

Nice spacious outlet with efficient service and friendly staff. Can see the staff mopping the floor daily in the morning.

This has always been my favorite breakfast choice for my original porridge fix whenever I’m here. The food is always hot and well served once ready.

KFC Clementi Mall never disappoints! The food was hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, just the way it should be. The staff was friendly and got my order right, even though it was quite busy. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Will definitely be back!

The mangers and staff friendly I order 5 pc buddy meal the chicken is hot n delicious 3 thumbs up . Help me bring food to the table thank you for ur help I will come back again .

So glad to come this outlet, all the managers n staff are very friendly. Speed serve n food are very fresh n delicious. Will always come to this outlet. For madam Sarah pretty n very kind like her so much , Sir Raja also very good n high responsible. KFC member team 👍👍👍👍🫰

I tried the American Twister Set and it was really disappointing. The twister mostly had egg and a tiny bit of bacon. There was no cheese at all, and it tasted quite bad. The coffee was even worse—very bitter and hard to drink. I won’t be ordering this again

Regularly come to this restaurant. Food is always in good taste and quality. Service is fast even during lunch time.

Food portion is smaller than expected, but they still taste great! KFC's original flavour is a taste of childhood. However, temperature is regulated by a central system, so can be hot early in the morning. Besides that, all's good! Not crowded and fast service :)
