Pretty good, especially the taro thingy magigy pearl. just gotta say pls lower prices so that i can actually come at drink this more often. I mean it probably takes like less than a 50 cents to make, its like sugar and some powder... so please reduce prices senpai. UwU OwO

Had been good bbt and my go to, until I ordered the wildflower honey green tea and there wasn’t any taste of honey at all. TT It was a good dollar+ more expensive for a normal jasmine green tea. Sad.

Drinks here are great, usually one of the best in class in my opinion. However the cost-performance (CP) ratio in recent years has gone down a lot, prices have almost tripled in the past decade. Service here is decent, staff are hard at work. Only one self-service ordering kiosk is grossly insufficient, while I feel the facilities there (number of tea mixing shakers) are a bit on the insufficient side at peak hours. Atmosphere was fine, just as I expected. It's quite nice and located in a zone with high footfall, so that's understandable. I'm not going to have high standards for the atmosphere, it's decent and does its job.

I like koi drinks because of their quality even though it is a bit more expensive than the other brand I like their ribena black tea, I used to buy ribena black tea from itea but I changed to koi because itea took ribena black tea out. I am very happy that koi still sells it:)

Thank you SweeYing for the friendly and good customer service, knowledgeable and assisted for redemption of my birthday treats, managed to got me this new KOI member card with topup as my card was expired. Drink $4.70 JumBo pearl $0.80 My daughter and wife enjoyed the drinks. 👍Highly recommended!
