Was at Komme yesterday, 9 March 2023, to buy a Super Single fitted sheet set for my son and was very well-served by Ivan. Thinking of finding a very comfortable bed sheet and quilt, come to KOMME Clementi Mall I came in and took my time to watch, to understand that the junior products are more suitable for me. The salesperson Ivan in this store is very patient, has a friendly smile, and will slowly explain which of the products in the store are more suitable for me, and how to match a set of sheets and quilts to look more comfortable and bright. I came back and washed it before using it. Sure enough, he was right. It was really comfortable, cool and slippery. Awesome👏👏👏He is a great salesman with a great service attitude👍 Next time I will introduce my friends to shop at this company😊

I've purchased the BAMTON 4TH SERIES - KOMME BAMBOO BATH TOWEL, they are of very good quality, good absorption of water & super soft. All thanks to the assistance given by staff Ivan Chua who explained patiently & politely to me, with his good knowledge of the products. I am very happy and went back again to purchase more towels for my whole family! Hereby, I would like to recommend to the Management of KOMME to reward such a capable, responsible & good customer service staff who performed to his excellence in his job!
