Had a wonderful experience a few days ago, the staff there were very friendly and patient with the process. Especially MingRong who was particularly detailed with her explanation, and my skin looks cleared up now!

Last night 1 Jan, I went with my colleague around 7+ for a facial using the coupon I bought online. Very disappointed that we were being rejected, your staff who’s on duty said using coupon they don’t get commission so she refused to do it. I also used money to buy these online, if they cannot be used then you shouldn’t sell it online. What attitude is this, the service given is so horrible n the best thing is she doesn’t have any customers at all n yet refused to do it for us saying no commission for her. Can u please check n get back as to what is the reason of the rejection.

Firstly, the staff told me to choose my package & add on by myself from the kisok . After I’ve paid && it’s my turn, they suddenly told me that I can’t have the add on serum& I must add on $1 to buy their mask to use when I return home. A few mins later they told me to add on another $1 to buy another mask as they can’t do the neck treatment for me. So I spent $14 on 2 masks to take home which wasn’t what I wanted. After I chose my package, the kiosk prompted me with the option of neck mask & serum which the beautician said that it’s already in my package. I find it very ridiculous & they’re just trying to push their costly facial mask to me! Didn’t like such experience!
