Staff is very friendly and helpful and very encouraging and sweet to lend a listening ear and loves to put a smile across any guests here especially me :) And I’m thankful for one of them as she is my age and her name is Celeste and being around her is so sweet and amazing as she looks out for myself and my health !

Long time customer of their Coffee and Detox drink! Cannot live without it! Nutritious and blend in to my daily activities. Even go overseas also bring it with me.
Super nice and friendly consultant Belle and her team. Not pushy and really nice to customers. Updates on promotions to save our cost so that we can leverage out of the best of what they have.
Nice environment and outlet. Soothing and pleasing to come often. Convenient and near my house.
Visited many other centres of other companies but found London Weight Management Clementi branch the best as I feel at home and not pressured to come.
Will support Belle and team as London Weight has the best products so far.

My first visit to the branch was out of curiousity as well as the trial offer. Phone appointment was pleasant and they were clear on what was to be done /offered.
Did some quick search on feedback on this branch and overall feedback seemed ok
Upon visit I was assigned to a consultant named - Miko who after many sessions so far done I am very glad with her services . Every session is tailored to my body’s state that day else if what she has planned is not suited that day will be altered so that some results will be achieved each time. So far I have not experienced any hard-sell here as i was also skeptical at first.
My visits are always pleasant , the centre staff and atmosphere here is always friendly, bubbly and approachable!

Customer service kaylee from clementi mall service is very bad when she contacted me. I've been in beauty line as a beauty customer service for years before so definitely i know how it works. I'm really keen to go over and try because I'm trying to lose weight and wanting to firm my body with them. Sad to say I have to try other weight loss company instead. Service and attitude are super important especially you are in this line.

The staff who took care bout my treatment is also name Jessica as well 😂 She is very professional, from the first day I came, i already interested to try the treatment, because all i want to do is to tone my belly and underarms. so today I went to do my 1st session, i feel great. she was very caring and helpful and explained to me every steps that im going to experienced. She is patient, approachable and assists me with my request when I seek to change my treatment.

When she does the treatment for me, she is merticulous and I can feel how she ensures I enjoy the service within the time speculated so that I can manage my time at work, LMW and home, better.
