Order to go Duck rice with added roasted meat. Waited for a good 10mins. Observed the guys who is suppose to prepare the food, walking very slowly and doing other stuff instead of preparing the food. Btw my queue number is 135 and they just served 131. By the time my food is ready after 10min... It was served on a plate instead of packed. From there, I observed the guy and the lady who take order seem to have some communication issue. Thy seem like they don't communicate. How is the food? Will do another review once I am home. Lolz

Never order the chicken rice, worst chicken rice I ate in my life. The roasted chicken is dry, rice is not fragrant & soup is tasteless. The set meal just gives u a few more pieces of vegetable.

The place is dirty and the server got our order wrong. Not worth the price. The duck has a lot of bones, it would ruin your teeth. Better eat chicken rice at hawkers than at the mall. They cannot understand english as well.

Really must see review before purchasing any food in future. Order so much food but end up with disappointment, duck is dry no sauce was give to pour it in, crispy pork is like my old shose, very tick and hard cannot bite it, also can't taste anything other then fats. Salty chicken is so so so dry also all food is dry!!! Chilli and ginger is the best food of this purchase.

New-ish stall and I thought I would try... Prices are above average range but the quantity and quality was disappointing. As I wanted no rice, I ordered the three combination of roast duck, char sew and roast pork belly (siu yok). The char siew was quite nice, largely due to the sauce. Fat and lean distribution was nice too but more fatty than usual Singapore-style char siew. Taste-wise, it did not have enough char to it. Roast pork belly was surprisingly... normal. A little too salty and skin was not crispy enough. Even the NTUC-bought one is better. Skip this if you want to eat. The roast duck, which is supposed to be the iconic dish for this stall - skin was crispy, meat was not overly tough, but not tender either. Still slightly above average. Now the issue is... It is not worth the kind of money for the quality and food portion. Is it Singapore street roasted meat which are affordable and taste normal? Nope. Is it fancy expensive place with good quality? Nope. Is it value for money? Meh. The pieces of meat were miserly. From the photo it may look like a lot, but it's flattened. And the thickness is about at best 1cm tall. All looks, no substance. And this portion cost me a premium of $9! Won't come back here again.

Ambience of this little duck cafe in Clementi Mall is simple but cheery enough. Roast duck was fresh but could have been charcoal grilled for a bit longer Helpings were substantial enough but the chef should have taken more pains in chopping up the duck. Mine had meat interspersed with bone, making it difficult to eat the duck fully! A more smiling demeanour by the person serving would certainly help

They got my orders messed up, but promptly rectified it and waived off the charges so I suppose that's not so bad. The rice was too wet/mushy IMO but the roast duck was decent - tender and succulent, but a little lacking in flavours. The char siew was average, a bit too fatty for my liking but also kind of flat in terms of flavours; the sio bak was okay but not as savoury and crunchy as some others I've tried previously. Overall, it's a decent meal but probably not one I'll be craving for in the near future.

Most of the afternoon I will drop by here to have my lunch. The first impression for their salted baked chicken noodle was not bad . Quite nice with the taste. However they did not maintain their standard. It is not consistent with the standard of their food. Today was the most disappointed Time I ate. As I order extra chicken . I never know they will give me all the bones. As I do not wanna waste food so I never ask them to change. I will still give them a chance by dropping by one more time to see if their standard could go back to the first time I ate.

TLDR: stale food, high prices Horrendous food for ridiculous prices. I got an old cucumber soup with rice for 7.50. As you can see from the image, the soup had 2 tiny pork ribs (mostly bone) and a chicken foot full of fats and looking like it’s been inside the soup pot for weeks. Felt so gross 🤮. Even though I only tried this, my impression of the food is stale and overpriced. Will never come back

Came here because it was quiet at 1140am. First impressions are good with self serviced 2 types of chilli, ginger, and spring onion at the cutlery counter. Chilli is very nice with ginger taste. The soup tastes of Sichuan veg and had a little piece of pork inside. Portion of the food is not big, I topped up $2 for char sure and my partner added on roast meat. Mine seems like a better deal than hers. The taste of the roasts are pretty good but rice was soggy. Ordering system is a little bit rudimentary, vouchers are chosen at the beginning but have to be applied again at the end. I was somehow unable to pay with visa or Google pay but my partner was able to check out with Apple pay. Table was a tiny bit sticky for a relatively new shop. Overall, come here instead of the Malaysia Boleh that doesn't serve pork, if you want pork 🤣

Not sure what others are complaining about or just hard to be pleased. This is not the best in the world but I thoroughly enjoyed the flavour of my duck leg rice, siu yuk should be best eaten in the restaurant. Sauces are good, packaging is fantastic, neat and price-wise is ok.

Had the three combination set meal (Roasted Duck, Barbecued Pork/Char Siew, Crispy Roasted Meat). The duck and the char siew were good. The ordering is via a QR code on the table, and picking up at the counter when your number is displayed. Join as a member to get 5% off.

Chicken is good. Roasted meats are quite good. Main standout is the number and quality of sauces offered. Love the ginger sauce and the plum sauce. Must try with all meats.
