We ordered two waffles with ice cream and a double espresso. When placing our order, I politely asked one of the female staff if the waffle could be made crispier—a fairly common request in waffle shops. However, I was met with a rather insincere smile and a vague response: “We will try.”
Unfortunately, when the waffles arrived about 5 minutes later, they were quite soft, lacking the crisp texture typically expected from freshly made waffles. It didn’t seem like any real attempt was made to meet the request.
As for the double espresso, I was surprised to see it served in a medium-sized glass instead of the small espresso cup shown in the menu. Last visit, it was served a small espresso cup as per menu.
Overall, the service felt a bit dismissive, and the food didn’t quite meet expectations. I hope this feedback can help the team improve both responsiveness to customer requests and consistency in presentation.

All day brunch food is not bad. Cost $16.80.
Croffle is so-so. Pistachio cream not bad.
There is 30% discount on all pistachio items.
Clementi mall s3 app can redeem points for $5 off (min $20 spent).
Food overall is not bad but counter staff taking my order maybe in a bad mood. I feel she very angst when taking my order. Dont know what she cant find, but she look so glum. Im not expecting big smiles when taking customer's orders, but at least be polite and patient pls.

Came here because the reviews were good.
Cannot try the ice cream. :(
Coffee was light, not impressive.
Mochi waffles was not too bad. Crispy on the outside and has the mochi texture.
Ice cream were not smooth and were a bit too sweet. Favours were light and not so good.
Service staff is bored with his job and gave a careless vibe.
Over all, I won’t go back again.
Not worth the calories and I could spend my money elsewhere.

Not bad, pistachio cream waffles 1-1 deal is very worth it. Would come back to try the other waffles / dishes soon.
We ordered vanilla ice cream to top and I must say it’s a pretty good vanilla ice cream.

Convenient location right outside the library, so I come here for a warm drink if the library gets too cold for me. It has an open-air seating area, but despite people walking past it remains fairly quiet on weekdays/nights. Not crowded at all, and suitable for people to read, do their work in silence, or students to discuss projects.
I see people making comments about a rude staff lmaoo and it's true, there's one girl who is quite bo song to be there 😂 The others are perfectly fine, though. I just developed thick skin to her, because the pistachio latte IS quite nice. It used to be about 4 bucks (apparently some pistachio discount?) but recently I got charged the full price at 7+ and I don't think it's worth that, unless you're planning to lounge there for several hours (like I did). I'm really paying more for the seats than the food or drink tbh. They don't chase you out, or at least I have never seen that happen 😂
Tried the pistachio cream waffle, which comes with some marshmallows, sliced strawberries and blueberries, chocolate syrup, honey syrup, powdered sugar, and pistachio crumbs and cream. Quite expensive (14 bucks); probably won't purchase again unless I can split it with a friend, there's a discount or if I am feeling indulgent. I do like the cream a lot, however! Waffle itself is quite thick, but fairly average. Would probably be better with gelato scoop, but that is another 4+ add on. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ Easily 20 bucks for a desert and drink; would only recommend if you share or are planning to sit there for an extended period of time

We also enjoy the Pistachio gelato and the cookies and cream gelato! I definitely need to try the pistachio cream waffles next time!

Located on the 5th floor of The Clementi Mall, MADLYGOOD is a popular café best known for its specialty desserts, though it also offers a small selection of all-day breakfast items.
Tried it for lunch and had the Chicken Ham Breakfast ($15.80), which includes a choice of pancake or croffle, scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, chicken ham, tater tots, and a mesclun salad. The presentation was neat, the pancake was enjoyable, but the eggs were overly salty.
While the savory options are decent, desserts remain their strong suit, making them the better choice for a visit.

Visited Madlygood at the clemeti mall on a weekday morning and it was less crowded and peaceful. The food was pretty good and the portion size was satisfactory for the price we paid.
Unfortunately we had to wait more than 20 mins for our order to come in since there was only one person serving at the restaurant. The dishes we ordered in came in at different timings which were around 15 minutes apart and we lost the joy of enjoying them together as a family.
However, the staff was friendly and kind. There is a variety of desert options to select and mango gelato was nice and creamy! The waffle we selected was hard and not the fluffy type, but it was really nice when mixed with the vanilla ice cream that came in as a topping!
I assume the place is busy during the weekend, hence heading there at a non peak hour would be a good option.
Overall experience was good and can recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit this place. Will surely come again!!!
