Pancake is quite okay. I’ve tried two flavors so far - red bean and hazelnut royale. The red bean filling is good and not too sweet. The hazelnut royale has a hazelnut chocolate spread with some crunchy bits to it. Enjoyable as well!

My husband ordered chendol and they serve chin chow. If don't have chendol, say so! The taste is disgusting and it's not cheap either. On the eve of National Day and you leave a sour taste in my mouth!

Really cant understand why the ice cream machine is always out of order? You’d think they’ll prioritise a working ice cream machine in a tropical country.

This Clementi Mall soya bean has hit and misses. I buy it very frequently maybe at least 3 to 4 times a week. Out of maybe 10 times there would be once the soya tastes bad. It’s not very cheap soya. It doesn’t happen to the other stores apparently, ex Jem’s. Need to improve on the quality of the soya bean drink and make sure to sell fresh ones.

The food is usually alright (have gotten the ice cream), but the beancurd i got today was terrible… The consistency of the beancurd tasted more like some yong tau foo, asked for 25% sugar but it really didn’t taste the same as the other outlets. Was a bit sour at the end too? Not sure if the beancurd is made in central kitchen but am scared to buy from this outlet now…
