Service and price is reasonably good . Some stylist is better than others . Appreciate that there is no hard selling so experience was overall pleasant . Saw results but also experienced slight hair loss. My personal opinion is that their product is not very good . Feels cheap and heavily fragrances so won’t recommend for sensitive scalp. Hair felt very flat and oily the next day . But this is not really the fault of the employees so won’t blame them. Hopefully , Jean yip can improve on the formulation .

I have been with Jessica Lim for almost 2 years. I like her prompt service, she is professional with her job, good head massage, gentle with her hands & always taking good care of me when I was here for treatment. I am very happy with her service. Jessica, good job and keep it up!!!

I have been a customer since 2020 and so far I am quite pleased with the outcome. My consultant Kelly is very experienced and provides great information to help me learn how to improve my scalp condition. I would recommend this to anyone who are facing hair loss issues or want to improve scalp health for better hair. The consultants here are friendly and I have not encountered any hard selling tactics applied so far.

From the moment I sat down, she listened attentively to all my concerns and really dug deep to understand what was going on with my hair. Had a very memorable experience with Silver Seat my hairstylist who gave an excellent service by first bringing me a cup of coffee which I mentioned I needed and without hesitation brought me one without even asking for it! Apart from her professionalism, she is also a very friendly and likeable person. Her head massage was amazing. Thank you Silver!
