No good..a malay lady staff just ignore the male cust.. i thought he was waiting for his order since he is waitng near the collection point.when i came to the cashier counter to order, then the staff asked the male cust what he wants and rudely told me to Q. So rude and turn off my appetite. Tell ur staff everyone are tired with their work but that does not mean she can be rude. Customer service zero!

Super rude staff (a guy working - on Thursday 11 January 2024 about 7.10pm) Queued at the Order Here area for about 5 mins And line starts to form behind but there’s a family at the “collection point” area so some people queued behind them afterwards. Instead of rectify which customers came first or manage the queue , the staff just look at me when it’s my turn “Queue starts from the other side” (of those people who just came) Totally speechless , you have two other staffs doing nothing when the queue starts to form and yet you just let the queue forms and says it’s the wrong side ??? What a turn off of appetite

I bought 2 deals from ShopBack which includes 6 pieces of chicken wings and a box of popcorn chicken. However, after eating it yesterday, I had very bad diarrhoea for 3 times this morning at different timings and I will never buy from there anymore. The chicken wings were left in the open air at rm temp on a rack uncovered. It was then heated up for less than 5 minutes and passed to me. I didn’t see where the staff got the popcorn chicken from. Probably on the same rack. Super disappointed. 👎🏻 It was the Clementi Mall outlet.

The staff here is kind and helpful, the food taste is pretty good and the price is quite ok for their food. However one complaint I might have is that the pizza here is often cold but it's great that they have the courtesy and are kind enough to reheat it for you. The service is quite good would come again

first time buying from pezzo clementi mall outlet. the indian guy with caterpillar eyebrow was very nice and patient. usually when i ask staff if the food is good they will just nod their head. but this guy was kind enough to share with me so i know what to expect with the garlic bread. was told to wait 10 mins so i went to the toilet and came back. i was standing near the shop and was watching tiktok. i was too invested in the tiktok itself i had forgotten about my garlic bread. the same guy came and personally gave it to me with BOTH hands!!! very polite, i work in service industry as well i know it is not his job to came out of the store to personally give it to me. he really went beyond his duties. his simple gesture made my day. thank you.
