today i was at clementi mall and decided to to have a cup of bubble tea. i was standing at the counter to choose what to order, after deciding, i approached the staff and ask if i can order. she told me they only open at 11am. i thank her and walk away. after walking away from the counter i checked my watch, its was 10.58am. what a disappointing encounter.
