The instructions printed below the screen is misleading for collection. There shd b info to show TOUCH screen on the panel itself

same here, even when the print label button is available, at the next step, it still says it can't recognize the shipment number. Singpost sucks. Their management are not doing their job.

label printing unavailable, cannot verify item number, went to 2 popstations both have the same problem... So many post offices close down , how to send parcel😕 …

no sms received for ezyreturn. think the sms service might be down. called the customer hotline but they were not available as it was a sunday. zz
