Ordered the coconut via delivery .. purposely ask them to make sure the top is open ..they say tap to open .I have to chop it opened..goodness how do u expect people to chop coconut..simple instructions can't follow.

There’s this auntie who is really friendly, honest and caring towards people consistently. I have seen her helping an old uncle to poke his straw into the cup, helped me to slice dragonfruit into bite size so that it’s easier for me to eat while walking, advised customers not to buy today’s xyz fruits because they are not as fresh etc. Really encompasses the familiar yet diminishing Singapore spirit. The experiences left a very strong impression, even though this outlet is only selling the mundane fruits and fruit juices. Of course, on the taste side, “Cool Juice” is my go to every single time.

Wow might be the best coconut shake I’ve had in Singapore. I was surprised too from this mall juice stand. The honeydew was exceptionally juicy as well.

Bought 2 slices of papaya and 1 slice of pineapple on 30 March 2024 and was served by a guy wearing spec. Upon arrival home, i took the papaya to eat. Overly ripe and almost soggy. The next day i tried the pineapple, saw some parts are black and some area are greenish like mouldy. I threw it off immediately. Not interested to do business, don’t bother to operate. Won’t be patronising again for expensive and lousy cut fruits.

Very poor customer service .. I wanted to buy a watermelon and papaya but didn’t have small change. Asked if they accept card payments and told me no so obviously i have to use my big note. This china lady was rather unhappy when i told her i don’t have a 20 cent coin. Seriously, you don’t have to present such an unruly attitude! In this era if you don’t accept card payments or paynow/paylah then obviously expect some customers to pay with big notes 🙄 Really needs to improve on their customer service man - they don’t greet you when you order. I believe their other outlets has poor service too 👎🏼 It is disappointing as their papaya is pretty delicious.
