Extremely friendly staff and crew, especially Winnie! We really enjoy coming here during our birthday months because of the free sundaes! The manager is really nice in helping us both redeem from the same table. ❤️

I am extremely delighted to meet Winnie, the service crew at Swensen’s Clementi Mall. She is patient to explain the promotion available to me when I make my choice of main dish. When I asked her if I can get the side dish at $6 if I choose to redeem my complimentary birthday sundae, she went the extra mile to ask the manager for me and I managed to get the promotional price side dish in addition to the free ice cream. She also helped me to redeem my free drink for my main meal as well. She is also patient to explain to me what I am entitled to on the actual day of my birthday and how to maximise my deals. I am greatly satisfied with her good service and friendly gestures. It makes me want to patronise again.

Our dining experience at Clementi Mall was elevated to new heights thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ms. Winnie, Ms. Alya, and Mr. Hansel, who exemplified exceptional professionalism, politeness, and courtesy. The baked chicken rice was cooked to perfection, and the Banana Crumble, although a bit sweet, was a delightful treat. Their exemplary service is truly commendable.

The Chocolate Crunch was rich and decadent. Chocolate ice cream, with crispy chocolate bits, topped with a generous drizzle of chocolate fudge, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The Firehouse Happy Birthday was colorfully presented. Three scoops of ice cream (chocolate, vanilla and 2 choices of strawberry flavors) topped with chocolate fudge, pineapple and strawberry bits and three scoops of whip cream garnished with a cherry each.

It's a great place for family/friend gathering over food and drinks at Swensen. Today, 7 of us was here bonding over kinship n friendship. Swensen here do have very friendly and responsive staff like Moe and Dwi, who serves customers with smiles ☺️. Both has gone the extra miles in sharing what dishes we ordered with patience and care for folks like us including guiding us in our order through the tablet 👏. Do let us congratulate Swensen for appointing good attitude personnel like them. Will drop in again.
