Excellent service. The staff helped to check which branches (Boarding Gate inclusive) have the item I was looking for, and went an extra mile to call them to reserve the item for me to pick up later.

Cheaper than shopee. Service staff is quite jumpy. When processing refunds, he gets quite grumpy. Good advice given by him on thermal bottles. Bottles are of good quality and offers a one week refund option. Staff takes the effort to bubble wrap the bottles too.

Went to buy Thule Accent 23 liter bag in Clementi Mall in the 4th July 2025. It was around 6pm in the evening. I was greeted by a friendly staff, Shaun, there. I asked him about this Thule Accent backpack. Initially he said there’s no existing stocks but recommended the branch at West Gate after he checked the system. As I was about to leave the shop, Shaun called me back and said he found out there’s existing stock in the storeroom. He took it out and let me inspected the bag. He was patient and thanks to him, I got a 20% discount since July was my birthday month and he also advised to sign up a membership with The Wallet Shop. Thanks! and kudos to Shaun mending the shop that day!
