Highly recommended for someone who has issues with skin! :) Started having acne when I transferred to SG, but with Dr Chia and team’s help, am now seeing an improvement. Been here for a couple of times already, and loving the service. Also love how Dr Chia answers and recommends products to target your concerns.

My level of satisfaction with the clinic greatly deteriorated after experiencing a hard selling session. I have spent in total more than $17k thus far, and I have not even completed my existing package, and why am I rushed by marketing staff to sign for another. Why are you SO HUNGRY???? To meet sales target??? And why are you exhibiting your attitude? Do I have the liberty to visit other clinics? Honestly, this will only lead to a back fire effect!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They are not hard selling on the packages and will always do a review before each session to assess the need to proceed with treatment parts. Doctors and staff are all professional and treatment has been effective. Will recommend out to people.

Dr. Calida is extremely professional and caring, and staff member Abby was also exceptionally warm and supportive. Together with the rest of the team, they made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my treatment. I’m truly grateful for such a reassuring and positive experience.

Dr Calida did an amazing job in explaining to me my facial conditions during the first consult. She throughly went through what are the recommended procedures my skin needs for it to “erase” the acne scars and the pigmentation. The staffs here are friendly and accommodating to your needs. Overall, I feel satisfied with the service.
