UNIQLO at The Clementi Mall Launches App Order Pickup in 2 Hours

Shoppers at UNIQLO The Clementi Mall Same Day Click & Collect can now order through the UNIQLO app and pick up their purchases at the store, located at #03-24/26. The service promises pickup in as little as 2 hours, with orders delivered to an in-store pickup locker.

The app features a range of products, including the Demin Mini Skirt for women at S$49.90 (sizes XS to L) and EZY Jeans for men at S$59.90 (sizes XS to XXL). Shoppers can browse categories such as Jeans, Pants & Shorts, with online-exclusive items and filters available.

How the Locker Pickup Works

Collection is simple: scan your membership ID or QR code, scan the order, and pick up your items from the locker. The UNIQLO app also offers a S$7 coupon for new users who download the app and sign up.

Note that paper shopping bags cost S$0.10, and shoppers should select the bag option when checking out online. The locker system displays an order screen with a locker number, such as B-10, and prompts users to press “Retrieve Order” to complete the pickup.

UNIQLO at The Clementi Mall is part of the mall’s growing list of retailers offering convenient click-and-collect services, alongside other stores like Guardian and Watsons.
