Inflexible staffs! Made a reservation for my son and he went to collect it on the same day but the DBS system was down which resulted in failed payment. My son requested to have the reservation extend till the next day and was downright rejected by the Malay male cashier! Excuse me! It’s not my son’s fault that the DBS system is down. The cashier was very impatient and refused his request and insisted that reservation are to be collected within the same day! Hello! ATM was down, he cannot withdraw any cash, he is a student! How many accounts do you expect him to have? It’s not like he don’t want to pay on purpose! Please have your staffs exercise some flexibility and empathy at times like that! Why fault the customers for an outage he cannot control?! It won’t cause the cashier any harm to just extend the reservation till the next day, right?! Ridiculous! The Chinese lady who was mending the fitting rooms were equally rude, majority of the staffs here were rude and unhappy! I wonder who was the one who lead the Clementi team?! Such incompetent leader! Our experience with other Uniqlo stores aren’t like this one, happy vibes unless the Clementi store! Poker faces, rude and unwelcoming!

Pop by Uniqlo Clementi Mall, got some tee shirts. Since I have S3 app, I decided to line up to make payment and to scan the S3 points altogether.
Firstly, the staff ushered me to the self service counter and declined to let me pay at the cashier counter.
Secondly, the staff asked me if the bomber jacket belongs to Uniqlo. I then show her the label and told her it was a Topman brand. The print itself its non Uniqlo and it rendered me speechless as if I was going to pilferage the item.
Please send your staff for retraining!! Spoils my day!

My first time in this Uniqlo branch and I was really impressed with how helpful all the staff were - from the sales floor young man who helped me locate particular items, and patiently, to the cashier and merchandise exchange staff who were all very polite and helpful . On 2/3/2023, around 12 noon, I bought few items before going for work, then felt a bit heavy bring over to work then have to bring back home as I stay in clementi area, approached staff (forgot to ask his name), whether I can keep my items here, then my husband will come and collect it after work. He is super nice, accept my request and helped me kept my items, kudos to you bro, you did a great job! 👍

Huge store with loads of variety. Everything is well spaced out and displayed. One thing I love about Uniqlo is that you can do alterations on your clothes, and collect it within a couple of hours. Sometimes within the hour. Perfect.

My shopping experience at Uniqlo The Clementi Mall was great. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff and enveloped in a cheerful atmosphere.
Nadiah especially was incredibly friendly and helpful! I wanted to purchase an item online (Click & Collect) and had some inquiries with regards to the process but she patiently guided and assisted me throughout.
Shout out to Rahmat as well, he was very polite and extremely efficient during the check-out process.

Clementi Mall Uniqlo's service is the best!😊😄 Came in at 9:10pm to alter 2 pairs of chino pants. Both pair of pants were done by 10pm! I collected them with delight. Keep it up! Special thanks to Elly, Marcel who served me, and Nadiah who did the alteration for me. Nice and friendly girl at the cashier too. Splendid and commendable service👍🏻💯

Was served by a very nice elderly woman named Joselyn at the cashier today. She found out that the clothes I was wearing were drenched from the rain so she offered me those plastic bags that they would dispose of, after I told her that I wanted to change to the one that I’d just bought at the store. She then told me that I could change at the fitting room, which was more comfortable than changing at the mall’s toilet. Such mindfulness and compassion towards customers go a long way. I would also like to commend another one of your staff’s great customer service. She offered me a basket after noticing that I was struggling to carry some clothes. Didn’t get her name but she was wearing a (black?) tudung. Feels good to encounter nice people after a long day at work.

This store is really much larger than it looks from the outside. Huge range. My son wanted a mickey mouse shirt amd we found quite a few to choose from. Really great friendly staff too.
