Place offers western food that is pretty affordable but caters more to teenagers with the quality and the pricing. Had the cheese chicken baked rice but is overwhelming cheesy and couldn’t really taste the other components. The free flow ice lemon tea (with an additional charge)is nice though rather sweet so really one for the young ones

The sun very glaring. We sitted at table 44 facing the hot sun thru out our dinner. Staff said already informed management on this matter but still no resolved.

This was my first time using Eighteen Chefs for our community events, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service, especially from Ms. Barbara Wong, Marketing Manager, and Ms. Anna Vo, Restaurant Manager. From the very beginning, their professionalism was evident in every interaction. They demonstrated a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our event was executed smoothly. What stood out even more was their flexibility in accommodating our unique needs. They went above and beyond to tailor their services to meet our specific requirements. This level of adaptability made the entire experience not only stress-free but truly outstanding. Barbara and Anna were consistently prompt and responsive, always ready to address any concerns or questions we had. Their cheerful and positive attitudes made working with them an absolute pleasure. The food is normal. The meat is tender, juicy and well cooked. The chillie sauce tastes a little on the sweet side. The place was abit crowded and the tables are too tight.

The customer service here is impeccable, especially the manager. Came here slightly before lunch. At the table next to us, an elderly man said he can’t drink the free flow iced tea as it’s too sweet. The manager actually made a special cup that is less sweet for him - wow! The entire restaurant was full later during lunch time, but the 3 ground staff really worked hard and managed the restaurant well.

The restaurant manager Boon Zhe is very kind and helpful. Had difficulty with the ordering menu and he assisted us patiently and professionally. The food is splendid too. Will definitely come regularly from now on.

Food is pretty average. Not much comment. Just a bit disappointed that their butter rice is literally just fried rice 🥲. Their bbq sauce is also on the sweeter side, which tastes fine, just a little old. Their wedges is a bit dry, and it doesn’t have the usual burst of flavour that most wedges do, under seasoned I guess.

We came on a public holiday for early lunch. Though the place was packed w diners, food was served v fast, drinks and soup within minutes. We has the 3 person meal which is super value for money..comes w soup of the day, drinks and 3 main course and a free appetizer (chicken wings) .. Serving size is big and we ended up having to have the chicken wings packed to go. Tastewise, not too bad.. The bill isnt too wallet damaging too. Not too bad place to catch some western food. Recommended

Pretty good western food. Came for dinner, place quite full during dinner time. We had Prawn Aglio Olio, Shakshouka, Fish and Chips. Food were tasty and nice, ingredients were fresh. Food came quick and served hot. Decent portion. Self service of condiments. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Price is quite affordable, GST included and no service charge.

We went there to celebrate my mum's birthday. Prices are reasonable, great to pay extra for the free flow ice lemon tea. The staff is friendly and cheerful to sing birthday song along with us.
