I & my huby, to buy things there staff response I saw 3staffs handling & 1 staff handles & take orders they short of staffs on Sunday, very poor svcs. Should employ more staffs on weekends

Ong zi xiang.your staff at best denki clementi mall was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me set up my phone. Even helped me with doing the transferring when he could have choose to not. Helpful awesome is too small to describe the help he rendered to me. This guy deserves promotion and pay rise! Please look into this. Thank you

Bought a printer from the store recently and had problem with online warranty registration. Was promptly supported by the sales staff to contact Epson directly to help with the registration. Much appreciated! Thank you.

I was at Clementi mall and looking for a laptop. Muhammad Alif recommended me good model for my business usage and explained very well. While I was looking for it, he proactively and very friendly approached me and asked me what he could help. In addition, and that is the impressive part - there was no stock for that model and he took the effort to go all the way to Jurong outlet to get it for me. This is the 1st I encountered such an excellent service. I have never seen this in other brand stores. Congrats to BEST for having such a dedicated staff. All the best.
