Older service staff at Clementi was not willing to give me the flower bag because I didn’t satisfy the promo requirements?? The younger girl at the cashier kept telling her it’s correct but she still gave me this LOOK. So I was just “wtv, you don’t have to give me the bags -.-“ I mean, is she keeping the bags for herself or smth??? I just bought the exact same things at Chinatown Point and TBP - and they assured me that I can mix and match wtv I want for the promo. All jelly or all baked items or mix of all also can. It’s for Children’s Day and I just wanna give it to my students but nope, she’s giving me attitude soooo I just had to do without the bags.

Utterly atrocious service from Chateraise! There is no service excellence in the staff who attended to us. Served by an extremely rude and incompetent cashier today who glared at us when we were ordering. Then she shouted, “WHERE IS YOUR ORDER?” and “STAND ASIDE!” after we made payment. We are sorely disappointed to see such poor customer service in an otherwise fancy and reputable Japanese shop. We definitely will not patronise this branch anymore.

Awesome cake 🎂 (friendly service)- SPECIAL STRAWBERRY WHOLE CAKE (21cm). The taste is always the same as it is and every piece of the cake you take is so good.. and not to forget the generous toppings of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. So tempting it is so nice to eat it while it is chill (outer part of the cake is fully covers with cream that is velvety texture and inside is soft spongy) it’s definitely a cake that I will always go for. 💖

The variety is awesome and they always have seasonally items like Halloween and Christmas. You can be assured that the items are packaged properly, with dry ice, to maintain freshness. What I don't like about Chateraise is how creamy some of their desserts are.

Assorted bouquet cake $55. I tried matcha and chestnut. I think its not bad but 4 people cant finish it. I think u nd 6-8.
