I went to Dough Culture to buy some carrot cake for breakfast, but the lady refused to sell it to me because the chef was too lazy to wash her hands. What kind of staff do you have? It’s unprofessional and rude to reject a customer like that—it's unbelievable.

Please separate my curry puff n yam cake ngn popia butterfly dont put together 1 paper bag like rojak mamak, please understanding we all sharing with my partner. Remember ask first customer can put together or not. U face dont some like angry bird to customer must be smell & good service

Today at 12.53pm, I encountered such rudeness from the Indian cashier. Wanted to buy you tiao, but it was finished. So I went to proceed to buy sweetpotato snack. Kept asking him when the you tiao will be done. He kept insisting that he is clueless and never once asked the guy that was frying it when it will be ready.
When I wanted to pay, the you tiao was done frying. So I changed my order to just you tiao. He scolded me for changing my mind and berated me for supposedly wasting his time.
The management should look into educating him on how to serve customers properly.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing from this establishment a few days back. Bought you tiao and tapioca cake for my breakfast. The food was still hot and fresh upon purchase. Tasted delicious. Doesnt take like the food has been under the heat lamp for extended periods of time. The tall lady cashier who attended to me was friendly and informative. before me was an elderly lady who took a while to choose and order but the lady cashier was calm and attended to the customer well. My turn came and the service was quick and efficient. Got my food and paid for it in less than a minute. Kudos to the efficient service. Recommended place for quick pickup of food.
