TERRIBLE SERVICE!, DO NOT COME HERE. Passport pictures are expensive, and not worth the price. I discovered a Photo Booth(Super Cheap) next to Starbucks, at NUS University town. I was skeptical about it, but it worked.

They take photo with normal camera with a makeshift white background. Not professional and improper lighting. Anyone can do the same at home, what they really charge for is printer.

I did not have a good experience here. The staff are very rude, impatient and they ignored the customers that required their help. Other customers had to do their job for them by offering help.

Photos that I received were overexposed and colours were inaccurate. Good service recovery. Colours turned out decent. Would recommend printing 1 first to test for colours/exposure before printing in bulk.

It was rushed, my photo came out with my neck slightly lopsided, and the price was really high. They were more interested in their phone and going back to eating. Only recommended if you're using the photos for something *not* permanent lol

Totally understand all the less than pleasant experience. Rude and unprofessional staff. Impatient, rolling eyes etc, never bothered with pose so pics are obviously trash

I wasted my money on this studio. Photo modification is very poor. My skin got worse because of its lighting. The staff doesn't even know the Chinese visa photo regulations. So, I have to take a picture again. Even 1 star is not worth it.

Staff is very rude. Was asking do they have service for photo taking. She just shouted at me and say wait ! Wait wait ! I did not event rush her . Just asking politely! Went on 3:30pm at Clementi Mall 24 Dec 2024

Ver bad attitude lady. Not willing to fit the paper size. Impatient, raping money with bad quality prints and ask me to be responsible for her clicks.

Extremely disappointing experience. The pricing for photo prints is completely unreasonable and not aligned with industry standards. The staff showed a lack of professionalism, and the overall service quality was poor. It felt more like a money grab than a legitimate photo service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they significantly improve their operations and customer care.
