Good soup broth fixed, I tried pickled veg soup and it was quite tasty. They also have a free flow kimchi station which is a plus! Can give it a try if you need an affordable place for soup cravings.

I recently tried Gong Yuan Ma La Tang at Clementi Mall and found the overall experience quite decent. The ingredients were fresh with a good variety to choose from. However, I found the soup a bit too salty for my taste. The service was quick and efficient. It’s a self-service style where you pick your ingredients and pay by weight.

Words can't describe how bad the food was. The soup was weird and thick, noodles were stuck together and the beef was more like chewing gum. Sesame sauce had the consistency and taste of plain water, and they ran out of spring onions. Another thing was their utensils. The containers were wet and most of the chopsticks still had food caked to it. The spoons amd small bowls were in a similar state. I highly discourage anyone from eating at this and any other outlets they have. Spend your money at some other malatang shop.

The cashier showed double standards by disallowing my 3 year old child to eat outside food as he obviously is unable to eat mala food. But he turned a blind eye to an adult couple drinking burger king soft drinks on just the next table on 7 dec 6:30pm.

The receipt was printed this way with a pickup number, but when the food was ready, the wrong number was called.

After see bad reviews still give a change to try their tomato soup base. Food still consider ok and price also on reasonable side.

Despite the harsh reviews, I personally felt the joint was not bad just crampy because of limited space. Food wise I think it’s passable and really not bad but on a pricier side

most expensive & awful mala i ever had. ingredient is not fresh, and such little food cost $21. think twice before buying from there.

No one help to arrange the queue for seating, totally disorder. The mala I order, there is no visible peanut sauce! Only chilly sauce and the chef refused to add more peanut sauce. Really no taste and expensive price. Will not come again.

The guy cook too too slow. It took 25mins for my order to be done. I rather the young lady cook but too bad she was busy washing bowls
