Was there today 9/6/2024.
Really appreciate the lady at the cashier. She’s truly an asset to Guardian with her fantastic ethical and service standards.
A lady cut in front of us while we were Quinn to make payment.
Although I gestured for her to pay first, the lady at the counter realized this and apologized for the lady cutting queue.
Such amicable service standards are far and few these days in Singapore.
However, a lady promoter seeing that I was purchasing a competitor product came up to me and told me that her product was better although I was already queuing to make payment. Quite uncalled for and certainly unnecessary.
Pluses and minuses. Something to look into.

Speak very clearly and audible to your cashier that my mode of payment was nets, she also replied by nets but when I check it was by debit, is it so difficult to cancel the transaction if pressed wrongly?! Not everyone prefer paywave please kindly have proper training on ur staff.

On the evening of June 26th, around 8 PM, the attitude of the male pharmacist on duty was very poor. When I showed him a photo of a disinfectant and asked if they had it, he barely glanced at it and casually pointed to the shelves in the store. I spent more than ten minutes looking for it but couldn’t find it. Then, I asked another staff, who told me to get it from the pharmacy section. When I went back to the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist again, he once again pointed dismissively beside him and said, “It’s over there.”
I was very upset because he could have taken a proper look at the photo I showed him and directed me to the correct location of the disinfectant the first time, instead of wasting the customer’s time searching for it.
I’m sorry to give this Guardian store one star. The staff in the store are generally very friendly, but I hope the store considers the suitability of this pharmacist for his position.

Visited the pharmacy on the evening of 3 Oct 2022 around 7pm, trying to find a cream for my mum sore back. Went to see the pharmacist, a guy wearing spectacle, and showed him a photo of ny mum sore skin. I am shocked at his reaction. He squinted his eyes and shaded his eyes as if trying to shade outside light and trying to see what was in the photo. And he shyed away and asked to me to see doctor without giving any other comments. When I wanted to explained further, he stayed far away and waved me away saying 'go to see doctor, go to see doctor'. Is this a pharmacist? Utter lack of professionalism and bad attitude, why did guardian employ such people? In the end I went to Unity to consult the pharmacist, the pharmacists there helpfully looked at my photo and recommend me the cream and patiently explained what the cream is for. Such contrast in the attitude and professionalism.
