THERE WAS HAIR IN MY SOUPPP WHHHAAATT! It was a pretty nice place to eat wouldn’t recommend it though because there was hair in the sooooup how unhygienic the food was ok though and we have nice time of talking but there was a lot of renovation noise and it disturbed the peace quite a bit 3 stars

ordered chawanmushi and pork katsu. I think the standard dropped, both items are quite salty!
Not only food quality has dropped, service also dropped. Being served by a staff with no smile at all, as if I owed her $$$$.
Disappointed!

pork katsu don and other set meals were good and service staff were friendly, but we cancelled the scallop sashimi bc it was much thinner than illustrated. pls work on ur sashimi portion sizes 🙏 15.90 for 6 halves is ridiculous, everything else was done well!

Go-to jap food usually, but they are getting more and more expensive.
Chawanmushi, cha soba, agedashi tofu, sushi all are good to eat. I like their kajiki (swordfish) sashimi.
Menu variety is alot.

Ting Yi is an exemplary role model who provided impeccable service excellence from beginning to end which delivered an amazing dining experience - she not only proactively helped move us to a better sized table, assisted with redeeming rewards items, topped up teas regularly, answered our order questions, but also replaced the wick to relight the fire under a dish (because it got extinguished by the soup that another staff accidentally spilt), as well as diligently cleaned more tables in preparation for other patrons. Her knowledge and expertise are truly impressive and highly commendable!
Meanwhile the Parents' Day Special was simply marvellous - (other than the fruits turning out to be orange slices instead of the displayed watermelon which would have been preferred instead) everything looked and tasted as delightful as shown on the menu insert, especially the Sashimi & Chinmi appetiser and Milk Monaka Ice Cream & Warabi Mochi dessert. Just check out our photos!

Wendy provided exceptional service. Her attentiveness was remarkable; she immediately replaced a dropped chopstick and proactively ensured our green tea remained topped up. Her swift service deserves high praise.

What a feast!
We ordered a wide variety of dishes and were impressed with both the quality and presentation. Every plate brought something different to the table from bold flavours to comforting classics. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Service was friendly, and the overall vibe made it a great spot for a group meal. Definitely a place I’d return to.

The food service is fast, and the portion size is reasonable for the price. While the staff wasn’t particularly attentive, it’s understandable given how busy the restaurant was on a Friday evening at 6 PM.
The curry udon (half portion) is a great option for those with a smaller appetite. It’s flavorful but not spicy, making it suitable for a wide range of tastes.

Had a good lunch here. Enjoyed the tempura udon, salmon skin, Yakiniku Kinoko salad, tempura ice cream and Honsui Junmai Nigori Sake. Service was attentive and warm.

Yummy. Lunch set deals are very worth it. Service fluctuates from time to time but overall still not bad. My go-to whenever I don’t know what else to have for dinner.
