location : Clementi Mall date : 31 May 2025 time : around 7pm I encountered one of the worst customer service. someone named Sue was the one taking my order. these were the issues : 1. I wanted to redeem 2 birthday vouchers (1x free drink and 1x free cake with drink purchased). For the longest time, I could redeem both vouchers in one transaction but Sue told me that I could not but she did not let me know before I paid or even offered to split the transaction for me. her attitude was bad and rude and she was impatient when I asked her about it. 2. I asked for a raspberry blackcurrant blended juice but i wanted more tea and less syrup but she did not key it in or told her colleague about the customisation. 3. I tried to order an iced chamomile tea but Sue told me I can only order hot? I order that all the time but suddenly I could only order hot? Overall, it was a horrible experience. Sue was very impatient and rude with us and it ruined my day. However, the other employee (a malay guy) wearing a Partner of Quarter shirt was nice and said "thank you" at the hand-off. thank you!
