It was stated in the invoice that exchange is permitted within 7 days if goods are returned in original packaging and the original invoice is produced at point of exchange. I did exactly what was stated in the invoice. What I received from the cashier who serviced me was a lecture and scolding that I should be careful when purchasing the products. This is because according to her it is 'difficult' to log in the exchange in the system. Unbeliveable! Did not expect this sort of service from a reputable company.

Came on 5 May 1120am. Asked the female staff in pic about the 15% promo as I saw the banner and tag promo displaying in the shop. She without looking at me tell me the promo alr ended yesterday unhappily. And when I asked why the tag still here and she replied “我们不得空” in a Malaysian accent. Both replies with no looking up looking at me and with an unhappy tone. Excuse me you have zero customer service. Not happy to work in Sg pls return to your own country to find a job there. I urged Japan Home to educate customer service to this staff.

A rather small - but well-organised - outlet which offers a curated selection of home products, toiletries, accessories and food from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and Malaysia. Prefer their outlets in Jurong Point and Westgate as they are much bigger and offer a wider range of products. But this is a convenient place if you live around or near to the mall... can pop in to grab cheap wet wipes, body wash, instant ramen, containers and batteries. Can be cramp which makes it challenging to browse especially on weekends. Staff are quite friendly. Do bring your own bag as they charge for plastic bags. Can consider joining their membership to enjoy more savings and deals.
