The best outlet for Seoul Garden. Best food, best service. The staff there are amazing. From the cashier, to the people bringing the food to those cleaning and tidying tables. All are amazing. 3 times I went to this outlet and they never ever disappoint. Hands down my favourite. Much love to the staff there ❤️

What an awesome customer service they have!! Crystal is sooooo friendly, make good relationships with customers. Well versed in English too. She provide for extra miles. Great Service from the lady manager/ supervisor ( on 14th Oct 2024 - 5.30pm to 7pm ) She greets with a great smile, and also kindly change my grille papers when they turned charcoal. 3 best-liked food for the evening 1) the prawns, 2) the teriyaki beef short plate 3) the white radish in the Ginseng Abalone soup :)

Enjoy buffet Supreme tier! Can’t have enough of Wagyu beef. Fresh food, friendly staffs with good service, and a nice place to enjoy with friends. Won’t miss the ice cream session.

Wow! Fantastic experience! My family have enjoyed the meal a lot. This is the first time my wife and I ate at Seoul Garden. The manager Alex and his assistant Regina are super! Despite the huge crowd....they were cool, calm, patience and organized. Serving staff Siti and Jenny are great too! We no need to tell them what we want and need. They observe and act automatically. The 4 staff mentioned above are assets to Seoul Garden. Cheers!

2nd visit in less than 3 days and this time my kids and I came with my GodSis & GodDaughters.. And.... WE ARE TOTALLY LOVING THE VIBES HERE.. A great shoutout to Siti, May, Chris and especially EVAN! Thank you to the staff of this Seoul Garden outlet!! We are avid fans of Seoul Garden and had visited other outlets before but this Clementi outlet is the best!! Not only the variety of fresh food here has a good selection but the staff here gives excellent services!! Nick had advised us to upgrade to supreme and I kid you not, the steaks are huge and worth it!! Then there was Evan, he is very friendly and offered to help me cut down my steak so that I could have it cooked faster!! How nice is that? And we chatted and he found out that we are celebrating my brother's birthday and he offered to take photos for us!! And to top it all, there is sweet Aunty Mei Lee who was always ready to help topup our soup or change the Grill paper and joking with us!! This is what the other restaurants lack, the human touch!! Please give commendation to these few staffs as I'm sure even after a long day of work, they are still dedicated to ensure the customers enjoy their dinning experience!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Great job guys!! Keep it up 😊

We’ve enjoyed our dinner here at Clementi branch. My daughter enjoyed the tiger prawns . Food and service are great. Staffs are all accommodating and friendly especially Evan and May Lee. We will come back! :)

It was a wonderful lunch with my wife and her best friend at Seoul Garden in Clementi Mall. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, cozy vibe perfect for a relaxing meal. We enjoyed a wide variety of food options whether for grilling or making a delicious hotpot. The ingredients were fresh, and the choices were impressive! One of the highlights for me was the kimchi it was exactly the taste I had been looking for and did not disappoint. To top it off, we ended our meal with some ice cream. Although the chocolate flavor had run out, the strawberry was still really good. All in all, it was a great dining experience. We left full and happy definitely planning to come back again!

You guys really have a very hardworking employee here name ( SITI ) , and I'm really impressed with the worker service! She truly tries her very best to offer her all while working! You guys should definitely promote her! Despite her being mute but proof it wrong to others out there... However, she is the greatest!
