I love this place. Been buying bubble tea from this shop for over 2 years now, and still amazing. But I have a request; please add the black boba to the menu too. I genuinely think the golden bubble is delicious, but I wish there was the black boba option. I saw the black boba menu at Holland Village KOI and it was ✨️amazing✨️ Overall great place for bubble tea Guys you have to try the new menu!! I think it was called "Gor Nee" it's so good And it's a healthier option 👍🏻

Always a big crowd and hence need to wait a while but I often prefer this brand instead of other bubble tea shop.

Staff made sure to check the plastic covers of the cups were well-sealed and when they found it was not, they powered up their second machine and tested multiple cups to get it right. We were the very last customers for the day, and although we said it was all right not to seal it, they still ensured they delivered properly sealed drinks and apologized for the wait. Kudos to a well trained professional team!

unbelievably slow, the work line up was extremely inefficient as there were a lot of workers making drinks and only one person manning both order taking and calling out orders so there were a lot of drinks pilled on the table. If you are in a rush best not to take your chance as your order will take about 20-30mins.

Always a long queue of around 20-30mins wait & seems like they focus more on fulfilling the grab orders rather than the customers who ordered at the store. I hope this can be improved to fasten the waiting time.

Super Slow service. Bought the drink at 9.20pm and got my drink at 9.50pm! 30min wait for the drink?? And there is always long queue using machine to order. Pls rearrange the queue so that it will not block the walkway when the crowd is walking. Consider to draw queue box. Be considerate.

Delicious bubble tea, price arent super cheap but affordable. You can choose your sugar level. Healthy choices available too

Drinks and staff services are alright. Traffic here is rather heavy, you usually have to wait for 10-15mins unless you’re lucky and it’s off peak then it’ll be less than 10mins. But now they’re taking in grabfood orders at an already busy outlet so it takes longer to get your drinks. Do note that queues are especially longer lunch and dinner times and after school hours.

Ordered from deliveroo and the drink came tasteless. Suspicious if it’s even safe to drink. Might report as well
