The China beautification was pushing too hard to make me buy the products and when I refused she quickly turned her mannerism and was asking me, why not in a very disgruntled manner. My choice! Please advise your staff to provide a pleasant experience and not be upset because customers choose not to buy the products. Oh yes and too chitchatty noisy...make it quiet&relaxing

Bernice is a nice and provide good advice in taking care of skin and facial products. Definitely recommend for other clients who wish to have a more tailored experience and detailed advice in taking facial products.

Staff Bernice and other staff were openly talking bad about customers. Very disturbing. Bernice was also openly telling me how bad my skin was even though it was nothing serious other than dry skin. She constantly kept repeating it over and over again. Very disappointing. Used to frequent this outlet but now will no longer visit. Management please ensure staff are well trained and polite.

Kskin has always been a great place for a quick facial, and it’s amazing how a short 15-30 minutes can make such a difference. The therapists are skilful and friendly, especially Bernice. She is very gentle, professional and patient in explaining the different steps.

Loved the experience here, I could see the results as soon as we were done. Suitable for people like me who have busy schedules and need a fuss free solution for facial. I will definitely come back again regularly and try out the combo facial!

I did Combo A and unlike every other outlet I went Twiggy was such a pro! She was really gentle but confident at the same time, making sure that assess liquid didn’t slide down my face or neck. Would highly recommend this outlet because the equipment was a lot newer as well!
