Really disappointed with the lash lift FB promo I went for, my eyelashes were so haphazardly lifted to the point where they look and feel FRIED. The curl was only noticeable right after the treatment. As soon as I washed my face later that day, my lashes started to flatten out into the crumpled mess in the photo.
It wasn't my first time getting my lashes lifted so I know what to expect, but I definitely wasn't prepared to go through such a negative experience at La Vida. My therapist was quite rough when handling my lashes and there was a point where she was removing the tape from under my eyelid and it felt like my skin was going to get ripped out, I wish I was kidding. While she was nice, it felt like she was in a hurry to get the treatment done which was like nothing I had ever experienced at other studios where they take great pains to be gentle around the eye area.
If you'd like to get your lashes lifted, there are better studios to spend your money at. Don't be swayed by the promotional price, you're not even getting your money's worth.

Please do not head over to this beauty salon as they are dishonest. On the 2nd Feb someone from their company called me and say I have facial package left at thier place and I have reconfirmed with the person saying that I have finish using and she said I still have 8 session with them . Ok fine , I didn’t want to waste my package and I went down on the 12th for facial . When I arrived , no one collected any payment from me nor tell me about anything about my package and showed me to the room for facial . After finishing , the counter lady wanted to collect payment from me and told me there is a balance of $1k plus I need to pay . Initially they could have told me over the phone that this was unpaid package and I didn’t want to continue on . She argued saying that her CS does not have customer payment record but she as the outlet manager should have and she speak nothing of it when I arrived . I have already inform them before during my last facial at their place that I will be travelling very often and could not make it for facial. I really felt cheated that I was only inform I need to pay the balance after I finish the facial. As a matter of fact I can afford for the facial but I do not have time for it . Therefore I didn’t want to argue about the price and paid in full . In the end I paid a total of $433 for a simple facial . Just want to warn people out there please do not trust them in good faith

I went for the first time trial $28 which included Lash Lift and Brow Shaping, granted the confirmation message didn’t state it was nett price and I’m okay with that.
I was asked if i wanted to add on tint during the process when my eyes were closed, I was unable to identify which staff asked me. The additional charge told to me was $10 in the room.
The only name I remember was Ting Ting who did my brow shaping. I got a minor cut above my right eyebrow during the shaping process but I will overlook that.
After I declined buying their packages, my total ended up $69.04.
$28 for the lash lift
$38 for the tint
8% gst
Paid with grabpay, no receipt was issued as well.
Honestly the worst service I have ever gotten, don’t make the same mistake as me just spend a little more than the advertised $28 and go somewhere else.

Had my first ever lash lift done and I’m truly satisfied with the service and the results of my lashes. I was served by TingTing, she was patient and ensured I was comfortable during the whole process. She made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort and cleaned up the areas of my eyes really well! She even help me to touch up my eyebrows. I also got a package for lash lift where I could come back twice for it at a price of $80++ with no date limit. There wasn’t any hard selling of products or packages!
The environment is clean and well furnished. They have a good system in keeping track of appointments and flexible time slots. Would definitely recommend! :)

Went for their facial during the $28 promotion and it was beyond my expectations. Staff was all friendly and approachable, no hard selling and it was a pleasant experience. I have a lot of acne and bumps on my face, and just after one session, my face is clearer, vibrant and glowing at the end of the session! Would definitely drop by again and try out the other services they have which makes it a perfect one stop location to pamper myself 🤍
