Panicked when I broke my specs at 9.20pm on a Sunday evening. I ran to Owndays in Clementi Mall and reached at 9.40pm hoping they can help me as I have an important meeting on Monday and I can’t function without my specs. It was my 1st time here too and they were the only shop who is open and can give me specs within a day. I was anxious and felt bad about rushing into the shop so near closing time but the staff (Fu Chun and David) made me felt welcome, did a proper eye scan and didn’t rush me while I was trying to choose a frame (there were just so many selections). I can’t express enough gratitude and appreciation for the experience. Hope the staff gets recognition (monetary incentive etc) for their excellent service.

Part of a large chain, this international label stocks quite a large selection of design. Was quite impressed with the speed they can do generic forms of spectacles. Staff members encountered were knowledgeable and patient. Did not employ any hard sale tactics at all. Overall experience was quite pleasant, only pitfall was to maintain the brightness within the outlet, they relied upon a huge amount of spotlights resulting in an extremely hot, bordering on unbearably uncomfortable, interior.

Staff super friendly and helpful. I went to replace my frame. Joe was super patient and helpful when serving me. She suggested that I also checked my current eye degrees. Eric checked for me. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the check procedures and gave me good advices. It was the first time I visited this Onward outlet at Clementi Mall. They had provided the best service I ever experienced with Onward outlets.
