We went to this shop to buy a card and my 7 year old saw a flower key chain and just out of curious tried to touch it and it broke and came down. While I totally understand kids should not touch breakable things am very curious on how this could come off and there is a very high likelihood that this keychain would have been broken already. The lady at the counter was so rude and demanded I pay 6.90$ even without listening to us. Our kid was so sad and crying as he kept saying he only touched it. It was a very poor experience especially because it’s a kids gift shop and they will always have such instances.

I came with my family to 6 to this outlet as my daughter wanted to purchase a earpiece.seemns that my daughter doesn't seems to like any of it , we left and sat at kaffe & toast for coffee.out of the sudden, one of the staff which claim her name is may approach my wife and says that my daughter took something from the shop.my wife went back to the shop together with the staff may . The item was right there in the shop. My wife told me of this incident and I was frustrated.i went back to the shop and confronted both staff. My question is, why didn't the staff see the CCTV to confirm the item was taken out before making the approach? And both staff were not even wearing any name tag .I'm very disappointed regards to this issue.i told my daughter not to step in into this shop anymore as the service is very very poor......

I went to Peek a Box at Clementi Mall to return my SHIENN'S items as a parcel. I was very careless by putting the wrong return ID number and thus I did not received any notifications from SHEIN. I what'sApp (mobile contact number provided in the Peek a Box google site) to check on the parcel status. To my surprise, the person carried the mobile replied me swiftly and she explained to me what had happened to the parcel. I was very glad with the service Peek a Box's staff has displayed with friendly and approachable tone. I was initially quite worried that the parcel might have ended to no where. But the staff, she has assured me that she has already informed SHEIN and that the other party will reach me within these few days. Thumbs up to you, Bonnie. I will definitely patronize the shop again.

Please don't use this outlet for Park&Parcel pick up services, their service staff sucks in customer service recovery. I was there to pick up my parcel on 18 May and was told they accidentally return my parcel to the courier. They have the cheek to ask me to call me the useless hotline that can't even call through, its their fault but made the customer to go through the hassle of solving instead of them. Thanks to them, I have to pay a redelivery fees to get my parcel back.

Servied bad by weiwei ... I bought item and want pay cash she said no small note ..hello up to customer who make payment u still need to accept... She need to be leanrt to smile and served customer by not Judge customer outside...as i remember behind me a lady with all of things and buy she served her polietly and nicely... I totally angry with her attitude

Really don’t trust the electronics sold here. Bought a charger and I could not get it to work and somehow it works when they test it and they refuse to refund …. Shoddy stuff sold here Edit: come home and lo behold, the charger is not working. Thanks for cheating my money ….

Very disappointed with the service. I went to the Clementi mall outlet and asked the staff for an adapter to connect ear phone from lightning to Type C but I was given Type C to lightning instead. I didn’t realize it until I reached home. The next day I went back to change and I was told that they do not have stocks in hand and will get HQ to deliver it over in a few days time. Staff said will call me but almost 1 week past still no call from the staff. I called a few times but received the StarHub announcement and couldn’t get through the line. Finally I texted the outlet and was told the stock ‘just arrived’. So I went down to collect the item and decided to test on the spot whether it works. To my disappointment, it did not work. When I asked the staff, she said the one I bought is for charging not for ear phone. She refused to refund to me even though she acknowledged that it was her colleague’s fault for not explaining it clearly to me. Is this the way to do business? Customer has to pay for the mistake that the staff made… I had to go back twice for nothing. I will never step into Peek a Box anymore. Extremely disappointed.
