Mr Jacky attended to us for mobile recontract. He was professional and knowledgeable. Doesn’t show any negative customer service. He also go through the subscriptions in the contract and confirms the monthly bill subscriptions. He ensure that his customer understands and if we have any questions before signing the contract. Thank you!

Terrible Customer Service, staff was disrespectful and unhelpful. I expected assistance, but staff seemed uninterested and poorly trained. I received contradictory responses and was treated dismissively, even insultingly. Definitely not returning again.

Came in to port over my number from another provider to one of this company. Service was quick and settled within 30 mins. The staff were very helpful and they helped clarify any doubts we had. Would highly recommend

I am SingTel users for more than 3 decades and today happened to be at Clementi Mall. I am having problem with my iPhone 16 pro max Haptic Touch and approached SingTel. Carmen was there and she help me to do the setting according to her phone setting. Thank you so much, Carmen:)

disappointed with the service at this Singtel shop. The young male staff impatient and dismissive—a stark contrast to the much better service I’ve experienced at other Singtel outlets. It felt like he was in a hurry to get rid of customers rather than actually helping.

I would like to give a shout out to Jacky at Singtel Clementi Mall.
I have been a long time customer of Singtel and also the authorized outlet at Clementi. I always look for Jacky as he’s not only very knowledgeable, he is also always friendly no matter how busy he may be and even if all you need is some advice on your telco needs.
I recently moved away from Clementi but still go back to look for Jacky for my home broadband and mobile phone needs. I think that already says a lot about how much trust and faith I have in him. Thanks Jacky! 🙏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rude, Unhelpful, and Completely Clueless Staff
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Singtel Clementi—not once, but twice. The staff here are incredibly rude and have no idea what they're talking about. Each time I asked a question, I received a different answer, making it clear that they are completely uncoordinated and clueless. No one seems to have the correct information, and instead of helping, they just leave you more confused. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility for anything, and they were just trying to pass me off to someone else. The dismissive attitude of the staff made the whole experience even worse. I went in hoping to get help, but instead left feeling frustrated and angry. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else if you need any kind of service or assistance.

Unprofessional and Poorly Trained Staff – Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at Singtel Clementi — not just once, but on two separate visits. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and shockingly uninformed. I received conflicting answers each time I asked a question, which made it clear that there was no proper communication or training in place.
Instead of providing clarity, I was made to feel like a burden — even being called "inexperienced," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It seemed like no one wanted to take ownership of the issue, with staff constantly redirecting me elsewhere instead of offering a solution.
What should have been a simple visit for assistance turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. If you're looking for proper service or clear information, I strongly recommend going to a different outlet.

Tremendous warm reception at the shop by Jacky. Detail analysis of my needs as well as clear explanation of steps of changes / upgraded needed, especiallythe technical aspect . It makes the whole upgrade n changes a lot more easy n user friendly. Will continue support Singtel n visit the Clementi shop
