Jolin and Esther were absolutely amazing! We purchased a ring that unfortunately had a defect, but both Jolin and Esther were extremely helpful throughout the exchange process. It was always a pleasant experience at SK Clementi Mall outlet. It helps that Jolin is a client-centric lady with excellent communication skills. She ensures all customers are promptly attended and handles all queries professionally. She is also smiley and great in her recommendations without being pushy. She would also keep customers informed of the freebies and current promotions. It is a great delight to be served by her and the rest of SK staff at this outlet. Thank you!
