I stepped into the Clementi branch shop with the intention of trading in a pair of my late mum's old 999 gold SK earrings for jewellery that I like and will wear. The SK brand ambassador, Esther Lau, was patient and never pushy. I got 2 pairs of 916 gold earrings and topped up with some cash to cover the difference. In order to help me decide which 2 pairs to choose, she helped me with the cost calculations of different combinations of several 2 pairs of earrings which I was interested in. She also advised me which designs are more suitable for my ear lobes and which are newer, trendy, evergreen or 3D etc. I also got my old Soo Kee tennis diamond bracelet washed there and I got it back within minutes!!! I was very pleased to see it's shinier. To sum up, I found that it was a pleasant shopping experience. The decision was all mine and I didn't feel any pressure at all. The other senior female colleague of hers was also friendly. Thank you!

I am impressed with Jolin and Can. They are fantastic staff here who always go the extra mile for customers. They are experienced and knowledgeable. I bought a Pixiu bracelet at this outlet. The carvings on it are so explicit that I fell in love with it on my first look. All the products here are impressive.
