I would like to commend Sharon Goh (hope the surname is correct) for her professionalism in attending to me this afternoon (Skechers Clementi Mall). Sharon was patient, clearly knowledgeable with the products in her store and she even sports a pair of eye-catching "Skechers" shoes. Needless to say, I bought 2 pairs of shoes from her. What an excellent Skechers ambassador she makes !

You will find offers most of the time. Nice outlet with good staffs.

Staff are willing to go the extra mile to check for you whether other outlets carry the size which you want. But however they dont honour the price if they label it wrongly which is unprofessional. They just dismiss it as wrong price label which is not right. Other than that, the shoes provide great comfort but abit expensive....

Staff gave the wrong size, want to go back to change, worn the shoe and go down to the shop itself to double check, and the staff confirmed can be exchanged. After bringing full set (box, receipt etc.) to the shop, refused to change. Waste time, waste effort, waste money. Don’t bother buying.
